Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy

In short: Milestone Collective owns its resources. When you buy one, you can use it yourself, but you cannot copy, share or sell it.
What belongs to Milestone Collective
Unless we say otherwise, all intellectual property on our website and in our products belongs to Milestone Collective or is used with permission or under licence. This includes:
the Milestone Collective name, logo and branding
written content
illustrations, graphics and photographs
layouts and designs
templates, planners, worksheets, checklists and guides
videos and other digital downloads
our website design
Our resources are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a resource does not transfer ownership of it to you.
What you can do
When you buy a resource, you receive a licence to use it as set out in our Digital Product Terms, which is a personal-use licence unless we agree otherwise. You can also share a short extract, such as a quote or a photo of a page, if you credit Milestone Collective and link to our website.
What you cannot do without our written permission
You must not:
copy, reproduce or distribute our resources
resell, share or give away files, download links or access
upload our resources to public websites, file-sharing platforms or online stores
remove or change our copyright notices or branding
claim our resources or their contents as your own
modify our resources and resell or redistribute them
use our resources to create a similar or competing product
use our content to train or build artificial intelligence tools
use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products
Third-party materials
Some of our resources include fonts, images, icons or other materials that we use under licence from their owners. Those materials remain the property of their owners. You may use them only as part of the resource you bought, and you may not extract or reuse them separately.

Licences for professionals, schools and organisations
Our standard licence covers personal use only. If you are a therapist, educator, school, service provider or organisation and would like to use our resources with clients, students or groups, contact us and we can discuss a suitable licence.
Reporting a concern
If you believe something on our website infringes your intellectual property, or you see our resources being copied or shared without permission, please email hello@milestonecollective.com.au with the details and links. We will look into it promptly and take appropriate action.
